Forged Dies for special cutting requirements.
High-grade bar stock is shaped to your pattern, a custom bevel is applied,
then the die is annealed to a uniform hardness. Forged dies are best suited
for the following: cutting problem materials that benefit from a long,
tapered bevel; or clearance dies which require material ejection through
the rear of the die. 1/8” and 1/4” wall thickness is available
in a variety of heights.
